The place is so much more beautiful that it looks on the pictures. The infinity pool and the view from it is amazing. All of the staff are really nice and I will miss them.

We found 6 or 7 bugs as soon as we arrived.

We found 6 or 7 bugs as soon as we arrived... the toilet doesn’t flush.... no wi-fi .... they always ask to us to go from the restaurant to the reception for change money.....

The pool was lovely with great view.

The pool was lovely with great view. Restaurant has a great view.

Restaurant was not great as it took way too long for orders to be processed (1-1.5 hours)so food was served cold. Menu limited as they didn’t have half of choices on menu, difficult for staff to explain in English. Bathroom was foul, badly in need of a thorough clean to remove all mould. The rooms were very tired. No housekeeping for 3 days. Not allowed to put toilet paper in toilet but they don’t empty bins daily. Hot water was broken on arrival & was fixed following day. Air conditioning in room not efficient. TV never worked. Because of isolation, unless you got a taxi no where else to eat.

None! I dont like all! Not recommended!

The room is so dirty. The pillowcase looks like a bath math so dirty. Everything so dirty! They didnt clean the toilet.

I like the quiet atmosphere after a whole day activity going around places. I commend the pleasant staffs, they will accomodate every reasonable request.

No available wifi in common places except at the reception...people will appreciate if you install wifi in the pool area and the restaurant area...

It was good! It could have been better if there was a transportation anytime.

The location of the resort,it's not accessible to any transportation.you have walk or ride a single motorcycle which is hard to find one also.and if you hire a private car,the rate is so expensive.

Quiet and relaxing

The property was quiet and staff friendly. It is located a bit away from anything and never saw a beach anywhere. The restaurant had good food and service. The grounds are really well kept and clean. The room was a basic hotel room, nothing fancy but what you needed. I don't travel to hangout in the room. The room cleaning and upkeep was pretty non existent the 3 days that i stayed there. The lack of wifi in the room isn't the best seeing as you have to hangout at the front desk to get any. If I had a suggestion to the property owner it would be to put the wifi in the restaurant/pool area instead., then you would get people to the restaurant.... just a thought. The pool area is gorgeous and exactly as the picture looks online, certainly made for some good pictures.

The lack of room upkeep if I had to pick something. And it just doesn't make sense why the wifi is at the front desk..... should be at the restaurant. Get people hanging out there leads to selling more things. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Our stay after the initial confusion over pricing and no beach or wifi was pretty good.

The scenery and the friendliness of all of the staff

There was no beach as advertised. There was no wifi in any of the rooms only in the lobby. The menu should include some North American dishes

I like the most they guy in front desk.

I like the most they guy in front desk.He is nice to intertaint the client smiling face...And the Pool is very perfect view to the ocean and especially when the sunset come very nice.

The staff are helpful, responsive and polite. Taxi facility is available at the hotel. Wonderful view from the restaurant area, nice pool.

Awful rooms, bathrooms, looking more like military barracks, dirty linen. No blankets, just a sheet under which I got really cold at night. The breakfast is so so poor, greasy ham. No beach, the sea is not suitable for swimming. The location is pretty inconvenient: beaches, ATMs, scooter rent, restaurants are far away.
